Well, if we or the things you put on clothes, or when you try to steal the alarm goes out to know, I went to JC Penny as a week ago, and she forgot to take it! and the strange thing is that the alarm was not yet come and me back to the front [for stöld i dont think it], so you can remove it, but I lost the receipt! do u think I will take it back even without a receipt?

No, the label does not, without the receipt. I used to work at JCPenney, and we could not take it without a receipt. You probably think you stole it. I think it's best to call the store and ask for a manager to speak. Tell them the situation and maybe you can come and they will remove them.
