I want to paddle with unsweetened juice, something with whole grains (eg cereals and muesli), perhaps with some skim milk or soy milk, protein and even snacks like boiled eggs, canned in water, made of sardines in if you want, or maybe some lean meat like chicken is lightly seasoned (to keep some pre-cooked in the fridge).
